Agua y Sostenibilidad / Water & Sustainability

  • ¿Es el agua potable? / Is the water drinkable? El agua del grifo es solo para cepillarse los dientes. Encontrará una jarra de agua potable en su habitación. / Tap water is for brushing teeth only. You will find a jug of drinking water in your room.

  • ¿Dónde hago "refill"? / Where can I refill? Contamos con 3 estaciones: Cocina, Terraza Carnaval y Piso 1. / We have 3 stations: Kitchen, Carnival Terrace, and Floor 1.

  • Cuidado del Agua / Water Conservation: Debido al fuerte verano, agradecemos un consumo moderado. / Due to the strong summer, we appreciate moderate water consumption.

  • Papel Higiénico / Toilet Paper: Por favor, deposite el papel en la papelera, NO en el sanitario. / Please deposit paper in the trash can, NOT in the toilet.

Servicios y Comidas / Services & Dining

  • Comidas / Meals: La cena y el desayuno vienen incluidos en la tarifa. Se sirven en el comedor principal o en la Terraza Carnaval en formato ‘Menu del Día,’ tomando en cuenta las restricciones alimenticias de cada huesped. / Served in the main dining room or on the Carnival Terrace.

  • Honor Bar & Shop: Ubicados en la Terraza Carnaval (disco ball) y junto a recepción. Por favor anote lo que consuma; se paga al finalizar la estancia. / Located on the Carnival Terrace (disco ball) and next to reception. Please write down what you consume; pay at the end of your stay.

  • Pagos / Payments: Aceptamos efectivo: Pesos Colombianos, Dólares y Euros. / We accept cash: COP, USD, and EUR.

  • Lavandería / Laundry: Entregue su ropa en la bolsa del clóset por la mañana; se entrega al final del día. Costo: US$4 por libra. / Leave clothes in the closet bag in the morning; received at the end of the day. Cost: US$4 per pound.

Propiedad y Senderos

  • Propiedad: Contamos con 20 acres de bosque. La propiedad tiene cultivos de cafe, cítricos, verduras y frutas, que usamos para las comidas de los huéspedes.

  • Senderos: La propiedad cuenta con 5 kilómetros de senderos por el bosque, bien designados y marcados.

Seguridad y Naturaleza / Safety & Nature

  • Habitaciones / Room Safety: Mantenga puertas corredizas y ventanas cerradas y con seguro al salir y durante la noche. / Keep sliding doors and windows closed and locked when away and at night.

  • Avistamiento de Aves / Birdwatching: Visite nuestro kiosco de 6:00 am a 6:00 pm para ver colibríes, tángaras y carpinteros. / Visit our kiosk from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm to see hummingbirds, tanagers, and woodpeckers.
